sorry for the late reply on this. I know we discussed this on IRC but  
I wanted to add the information here as well to keep it on record.

The YAML package shouldn't be required for the PHPUnit installation as  
it is just an optional dependency. In fact I don't include such a  
package for the OpenPKG set.
