Can't fetch Kolab-indeendent IMAPS account with Kolab's Horde(3)

Sounds like your openssl does not accept the issuer certificate. You  
should be able to add the issuer certificate on your server. Another  
option would be to disable the certificate validation. But I'd suggest  
to first try to get the server to validate the SSL certificate properly.
