Reinstall Kolab from previous build

Hi Tolingi,

this is described in the readme.1st file that comes with kolab. It's
way down toward the end of the file, but there is a description how to
do a binary install. I've used it a few times to do a partial install,
i.e. only install from source what's new in the release. Just make sure
you actually copy the binary files into the directory that also holds
the source files. The description used to say link or copy, but linking
didn't work for me.

Cheers,

Paul
