Global Web client interface (Horde) properties

Hi,

I'm evaluating latest Kolab stable version for my organization.
Installation in Ubuntu LTS was smooth and general impression is very
good.
There is something that I cannot achieve: Configure global properties
in the web client (Horde).

I would like to change properties in the login manager and also change
the default keyserver for PGP management.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
