For now, I disabled Nepomuk. Kmail complains, but at least I can use the
computer for other stuff.

Yes, it is Bug 280194 - Kolab resource can't be modified.

Very sure about that one, but the mails tend to switch folders. Sometimes I
see them in a certain folder while a bit later, I see them in the correct
folder. Very scary stuff. Only on the Kmail side.
