That was easy - should have noticed these check boxes before. Now it
seems obvious.

One more thing - I see Calendar folder among my email folders. It
contains my libkcal* messages but it is not marked as calendar. It is
the only special (not email) folder I see in email folders tree.
How can I make this folder contents apear in calendar.
BTW - were was a setting hiding/displaying groupware folders in
folders tree view. I can't find it now.
