We run 2.2.4 and have modified main.cf with:

## Kolab Policy Server
   smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated,
   reject_unauth_destination, 
   reject_unlisted_recipient,
   check_policy_service unix:private/kolabpolicy, 
   reject_invalid_hostname,
   reject_non_fqdn_hostname,
   reject_non_fqdn_sender,
   reject_unknown_sender_domain,
   reject_unknown_recipient_domain,
   reject_rbl_client zen.spamhaus.org
   smtpd_sender_restrictions = permit_mynetworks,
   check_policy_service unix:private/kolabpolicy

It greatly reduced spam
