The Kolab server filters these only in case you set this specifically  
for an account. This is the automatic resource booking/invitation  
handling system which is a core feature of the server.

But it sounds like you did not activate this for your accounts. Could  
you paste one example section from  
/kolab/var/kolab-filter/log/filter.log which demonstrates what happens  
when a single invitation passing through your system?
