Changing Root certificate.

Assuming you've already got your private key and signed cert, you need to
put move your self-signed key and cert out and put the new ones into their
place.  Usually the default location for kolab to keep certs is:

  tls_cert_file:    /kolab/etc/kolab/cert.pem
  tls_key_file:     /kolab/etc/kolab/key.pem

You would then need to reload kolab or perhaps just cyrus and apache.
