SMTP with SSL Port 465. How configure?

I checked on a 2.2.4 here and the same command shows

netstat -npl | grep 465
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:465             0.0.0.0:*                
LISTEN      4355/master

Does running kolabconf and restart postfix change this for you?  
Anything special to your networking setup? Several interfaces maybe?
