Help!? Relay reject ?!?

Hello,
I´ve found this in my postfix.sum:


message deferral detail: none

message bounce detail (by relay): none

message reject detail

     554 5.7.1 <candy59839 at yahoo.com.tw>: Relay access denied;  
from=<michael78694 at MyMainServer.com> to=<candy59839 at yahoo.com.tw>  
proto=SMTP helo=<www.MyMainServer.com> (total: 1)

message reject warning detail: none

message hold detail: none

message discard detail: none


It seems those messages (Spam) wouldn deliver. But how to stop that?
