2.2.3 openpkg maintenance HOWOT?

Not from where I'm sitting!

I have exactly the same concerns here. I have a live openpkg installation of 
2.2.3 and I know that there are many fixed issues of varying severity affecting 
the packages in the openpkg distribution.

The former location of files at openpkg.org is no more, and there now seems to 
be no means of updating the existing installation.

I'd love someone either to tell me otherwise, and/or point me at some current 
instructions for upgrading the installation.
