z-push exchange account verification failed

I set up z-push following the wiki, but my iphone user gets the message
"Exchange account verification failed."

Here are his settings:
email:  employee at yugm.org
domain:  yugm.org
username:  employee
password:  *******
server:  mailserver.yugm.org

We are currently using a kolab-generated certificate, so it asks whether
to accept it; we do.  The "verification failed" message comes up shortly 
thereafter.

I checked the apache log file and found this:

Then I added debug.txt in the z-push directory to enable debugging.  It gives me the following:

03/24/10 02:38:06 [28235] Start
03/24/10 02:38:06 [28235] Z-Push version: SVN 1.3 RC2 276
03/24/10 02:38:06 [28235] Client IP:  x.x.x.x

These three lines keep repeating with the date, time, and number in brackets changing.

Where else should I look?  Or what can I change?
