The login screen of which web application? The Kolab web admin, the  
kolab web client (Horde), or Fbview?

These are all just warnings. A blank page usually means that a fatal  
PHP error occured.

Smarty is only involved in the Kolab webadmin. The log file you posted  
above comes from the Horde web client though. So I'd need to know  
which system you are trying to access before I can provide more help.
