Hm, this works fine over here.

Do you see the login attempt from Horde in the IMAP log file  
(/kolab/var/imapd/log/imapd.log)?

Do you use a Kolab master/slave setup? Or did you accidentally add a  
slave server definition at the bottom of the "services" tab in the  
kolab webadmin?
