Kontact and addressbook prob

What version of KDE SC? Since KDE 4.4, KAddressBook changed quite a bit. (Is

I followed these instructions for 4.4.x

In short: in the (now hidden because we, the users are too dumb to use it 
anyway) akonadi configuration module, add an "IMAP E-Mail Server" resource. 
Then add a kolab resource.

I don't know if you need Disconnected Mode or Server-Side Subscriptions (I 
didn't use them.
