lost mails

Meaning the mails come in, get processed by postfix, checked by amavis  
and delivered to cyrus? If you are not certain about this then you  
should try to follow the message path as described here:

http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/What_is_happening_to_my_emails_where_are_their._Search_your_postfix_log_to_find_them

If you are however certain that the mail path looks absolutely okay  
than that would mean that your Windows Service never sends the missing  
mails.
