I'm not getting attachment with email

Hi,

As I have installed kolab 2.2.2 version. It's working fine.
when some user send mail to on my mail id as I'm getting.
issue is some uses send mail from any domain to on my mail id. mail is
getting but attachment is  not received,
this happend only few domain.

can some one suggest, how to resolve this issue
