I killed all those processes... restarted Apache... and disabled mail, contacts and calendar on my iphone. I left the BB on and sent a mail there and it works fine on the BB... Processor is running at 6.6% all the time now... ill run it like this for a few minutes. Should I enable mail first on my iphone or contacts? I want to enable one by one on my iphpne to see whats causing the spike

This needs a lot of testing :) Can you kill the processes (if your mashine allows that) and to try to use only zPush? and to monitor the processes wile sync?
