On the iphone im using Exchange sync... on the BB Im not sure because I just added the mail address and everything else setup

I have enabled iphone push yes because that’s the point of Z-push... otherwise it would just be a normal email addy. Contacts and Calendars are hardly modified, its more my mail... I can even disable those two items.

could you check in setting on your iphone if Push is on ? if yes better to use "each 15 min" and push off because push send each 5 secondes a request .

You could check in access.log if you have contacts or calendar that are always modified if yes check the process number to see if it s different or same .
I m tracking an issue with that , an Apache process seems to never end even if the phone doesnt sync (like an infinite loop). For the moment i don t know if it s a bug from z-push or the backend.
i try to reproduce it but seems sporadic .
