A bit lost on installing the latest zpush on Kolab

Greetings,

I am tracking the kolab-zpush project on sourceforge but I'm a bit lost. I 
have the 1.4.1RC version installed, but I wonder if there are any significant 
differences to the final release. But I can't find the final version, only the 
1.4.1RC. Is that correct.? I mean, doesn't the kolab package for the final 
version still exist?
