It seems pretty reliably the case for that user, but we'll need to do some
clean-up (he all of a sudden has a bunch of duplicated contacts).

I haven't honestly had much time to chase it up yet.

I'm up for that alright.  We are about to start using it in production.

Are there any relevant regression tests available?
