Hello Thomas,
As I mentioned in my previous email, technical support issues with the Insight Connector are handled through our support department.  My support team does not moderate the Kolab list.  I am subscribed to the list but also do not moderate it all day long.  If you need assistance with a Bynari product, the "proper" method is to contact my support department.

The issue you mention below was opened yesterday.  My QA department is actually working to reproduce this issue internally as we speak.  There were some questions asked by my technician that were not completely answered in Andreas' last response. To speed up the resolution process it helps if all questions can be answered so that we do not have to repeatedly ask for information.

Might I also ask how you resold the connector to another party?  You are not listed as a reseller of Bynari products.  Reselling products without a reseller contract "in force" is a violation of the End Users License Agreement (EULA).

I also see that your Annual Support and Maintenance (ASM) agreement is expired.  I have asked my team to continue to work with you to resolve this matter - even though you do not have current ASM.  

The bottom line is that, my team is "bending over backwards" to work with you; to better the product, to the benefit of all.  All that I ask is that you work with us rather than using this user's group as a sounding board.

Our customer is very impatient of the buggy connector!
