Resume for the forum of my exchange with John 
and the solve of the problem

That did it  :-) 

I'll try some tests latter to see what it will do with multiple contact and 
calendar folders. I'll let you know how it works.

I did not see any mention that one needs to create a kolabindex directory in 
the wiki?
