z-push for kolab 0.4 with N900

I did create a new Calendar but it was not synced to the N900. The N900
really needs some work done in this area. I know a couple of Bugs related
to syncronization. So it's not a surprise that this feature is missing.

Since I am planing to take on a project for the N900 this summer and I am
really looking forward to making this work with the N900. I might just take
this one.
