Let kontact accept ssl certificate forever

The latest version is 4:4.4.2-0ubuntu1~karmic1~ppa1
Whether or not you can call it official is up to you. It's packages by the 
Kubuntu people. See http://www.kubuntu.org/news for instructions.

There are, however, some workarounds in that bug report, but I haven't tried 
them yet.
