lost emails in Kolab

Hi,

we are facing very strange problem: some (very few) emails are lost
between kolab and client (Outlook+Bynari+Kaspersky AV).
Email is in Outlook Send Items, but no evidence on Kolab server
(postfix.log, amavisd.log).

Anyone has a clue? I know 2 such emails at the moment. No way to
simulate a situation, because repeated sending is OK. Users finds out
that mail was not delivered only after a few days and it complicates
investigation.
