Clamav Update Automated by Default?

Hi,

spamandclam.sh (https://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Spamandclam.sh) implies 
that a kolab installation does not automatically update its clamav virus 
definitions, but that one has to automate this via a script. Is this current 
information? My impression is that in 2.2.2 clamav definitions are kept up-
to date without custom script intervention ...
