Question about upgrade from 2.2.0 to 2.2.2

I just saw that kolab 2.2.2 is avaible.
Well after a quick read of

http://files.kolab.org/server/release/kolab-server-2.2.2/sources/1st.README

I see that I need to make some steps before upgrading to 2.2.2.

Can you confirm that I understand well ???

I explain. To upgrade to 2.2.2 from 2.2.0 I must install

2.2.1-beta1 > 2.2.1-rc1 > 2.2.1 then finaly 2.2.2

It's true ? And the only way ?
