Kolab 2.2.1 with Hylafax

What would be the procedure of installing Hylafax on a Kolab server using
Ubuntu 8.04 or 8.10? With Apt-get install hylafax, it keeps installing exim
which causes problems and when i try to remove exim on its own, it wants to
remove hylafax as well.
