Language in Kolab 2.2

Hi List,

I have installed kolab 2.2 on a Debian 5 from rpm.
Installation went well, bootstrap went fine, but now I am not able to
change the language of the webadmin interface.
No matter if I choose "Deutsch" or "French" it stays Englich.
Debian is installed as german and all locales are set to german??
