IMAP works but POP3 fails

Hi,

I've just setup kolab and I'm having problems collecting mail, IMAP works 
fine, I can see the mails in the inbox on outlook, when I try to collect 
via pop3 to the same mailbox I get the following error :

Unable to locate maildrop user.xxx^xxxxx: Mailbox does not exist

I can't seem to find out how to increase the debug on imapd to see what 
directory it's actually trying to access. The cyrus.conf shows impad and 
pop3d using the same config file
