Upgrade from 2.0 to 2.2.2 with new server

Hi !

I have to upgrade from Kolab 2.0 to 2.2.2 with a new server.
What is the best practises ?

I think :
- install OS + Kolab 2.2.2 to the new server
- configure the new server as the old
- stop the kolab on the old server
- backup the /kolab/var/imapd and the LDAP (ldif)
- on the new server, import the LDAP
- restore the /kolab/var/imapd
