Exchange to kolab

Contact Toltec directly. Last time I did they still offered a beta version of 
the migration tool.

When it comes to mails, you can simply copy them over to the new server with a 
client, not sure what free options you have on users, contacts, calendar 
entries and todos. The MAPI protocol is in the process of getting a free 
implementation these days, and Evolution already has pretty good support for 
Exchange, so you should be able to get pretty far on your own. Hopefully this 
will be very easy to do in a couple of months if e.g. KDE gets good support 
for MAPI.
