Integration with another apache on centos

Hi all, I'm trying to do this:

a centos 5.2.
I never had problemsdoing this on Debian and Ubuntu. On centos I installed
correctly the mod_proxy_html, all the correct (?) configs are in place
proxying of horde and admin interface is not working. All I get is this:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at x.x.x.x Port 443

Does anyone have experience on this?
