Amavisd/Spamassassin Do not quarantine Spam

Does it work with a standard mailbox instead of using a shared mailbox  
via "+"-adressing (kolab+shared.spambox)? I did not play around with  
"+"-addressing in the recent months but I believe that it simply does  
not work.
