Using native apache with kolab

Hm, in my experience PEAR-Net_IMAP is extremely slow. It should be a  
noticeable delay for the web client and the free/busy system once you  
a have a few hundred elements per folder. It is nothing I'd recommend  
for production use. But of course the mileage may vary.
