Kolab 2.2.2 Filter Problem

Hi 

 

I am having a problem with Kolab Horde Filters. I can't seem to activate it
for everyone. Some email addresses work, others show that it's been enabled
and as soon as I log out and back in again it shows as disabled again. I
previously had version 2.2.1 and done an upgrade to 2.2.2 (not sure if this
could be related)
