I don't know about a tutorial, but in most cases you can download the 
framework3 version of a module and untar it in the horde directory. Normaly 
there is documentation about installation in the tar itself. The only thing 
you have to know is that you sometimes have to edit the config/registry.php 
from Horde to activate the module.
