Problems with LDAP

Does this hold true if you specify the correct configuration file?

kolab/libexec/openldap/slapd -h 'ldaps:// ldap://' -f  
/kolab/etc/openldap/slapd.conf -d 256

I think this is what bootstrap is doing.
