Diego,
It's all coming back to me now :-) I was forced to upgrade to 11 for 
other reasons. I've forgotten some of the installation details, such as 
the slurp issue. I do not currently run a master/slave setup, so it is 
not an issue for me.  It is a low volume server, so I just run nightly 
backups on everything. If you decide to go with Kolab on 11.0, I also 
had to edit a template or two to get bootstrap to work. I have notes at 
work, so I could forward them to you later this week if needed.
