IIRC you have to add two PHP repositories also -

http://download.opensuse/repositories/server:/php:/applications/openSUSE_11.0/
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/php:/applications/openSUSE_11.0/

The applications one will satisfy the pear-net_socket
