I thinks this is the the "nobody" password that is wrong.
It is setup in /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf
The one in your ldap must match the on in this file, be careful the first one
is "encrypted" the last one is the free text version. You can replace the ldap
one with the free text version, it should works.

When it match, run kolabconf and then try !
