new release of Bynari connector

The new Connector has been enhanced to upload free/busy information via HTTP or HTTPS.  
It also has a new installer that automatically migrates your PST data and creates the Outlook profile for the user.
 
The connector defaults to HTTPS with port 443 for Kolab trigger.
 
3.1.7-0520264 (Beta) is can be downloaded for testing.
