speed up horde web mail

Hi,

I analyzed the horde web mail with YSlow from yahoo. There is no expire 
date set in the most headers. This is a apache mod and I don't know if 
the kolab 2.2 rc1 have this mod. Do anyone know this, or how to set the 
expire date in another way?
Also get the JS files not gziped, can I also modify this?
"Configure ETags" is also a F but I don't know how I can improve this :(
