Horde modules

I still don't know if dimp works out of the box. I think I tried it
once and had no success but somebody else was reporting it is working
fine.

In principle it should be possible to just add the module in the
/kolab/var/kolab/www/horde directory. But php needs to support all
required features.

I hope to find some time for testing this myself soon. Then I can also
provide more detailed instructions.
