You should be able to run something like this:

/kolab/bin/openpkg rpm --rebuild /kolab-packages/source-original/php-5.2.5-20080114.src.rpm --with xslt --with mysql

But you'll have to ensure all other "with" that are enabled in Kolab
by default are also active so that you don't loose functionality. And
you'll need to provide the required dependencies (like MySQL too).

You can add similar defines in install-kolab.sh ("-D php::with_xslt -D
php::with_mysql"). This is probably the safer alternative but you will
also need to download the mysql source package from OpenPKG.
