horde problem

Hi to all
I have a big problem, I must use a kolab-server-2.1 but I not success to install horde webmail.
Some body have some simple instructions for install horde on kolab 2.1??
there isn't a way for install horde withouth recompile o reconfigure all???
I looked  for some instructions on the web but nothing work well
