urgent help

Dear all

I am in trouble with kolab2.1. I am getting in log file it shows as given
following and all mail are in queue plz help

ar 08 11:26:12 centralmail <info> postfix/smtp[14469]: 4033529401B: to=<
suresh.srivastva at indo.com>, relay=none, delay=0, status=deferred (connect to
127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: Connection refused)
