freebusy between kolab-sites

hi gunnar,

with your help i got freebusy support within users of the same  
horde/kolab site working.

but there are still more issues:

   o use freebusy between independent kolab (or other groupware) sites
   o in kronolith/settings you can selectively add shared cal folders to your
     freebusy view, this does not seem to work with the kolab driver

do you have any experience with this?
